Hi everyone,

On September 1, 2026, Half Baked Goods’ phone, Shopify account, social media accounts, and email address were hacked, and we lost access to all of them. Thankfully, we were able to recover our domain, which is hosted separately from Shopify storefront, and have disconnected it from our online shop to prevent any further orders from being placed.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. We are working hard to regain access to our accounts.

In the meantime, we have set up a new email address so you can reach us. Please contact us at halfbakedbagelco@gmail.com and include a copy of your order confirmation so we can review your order and arrange your refund.

If you have already proceeded with a chargeback, we completely understand and will cooperate with the process once we regain access to the account.
