Hi everyone,

On September 1, 2026, Half Baked Goods’ phone, Shopify account, social media accounts, and email address were hacked, and we lost access to all of them. Thankfully, we were able to recover our domain, which is hosted separately from Shopify storefront, and have disconnected it from our online shop to prevent any further orders from being placed.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. We are working hard to regain access to our accounts and will not be accepting orders or opening our cafe at this time while we work to solve this.

If you have already proceeded with a chargeback, we completely understand and will cooperate with the process once we regain access to the account.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding during this time. Again, we sincerely apologize for any stress, inconvenience, or disappointment this situation has caused.
