Meet Sam - the bagel-loving, creativity-fueled mastermind of Half Baked Goods. What started as a nostalgic craving for the perfect bagel has transformed into a full-blown culinary adventure in the Niagara Region.
After moving back to Niagara from British Columbia in 2020, Sam discovered that sometimes the best business ideas are born from serious food withdrawals. Missing her favorite BC bagel shops, she decided to take matters into her own hands (and oven). Her commitment? Creating small-batch, hand-rolled bagels that aren't just plain bread, but are flavour-packed goodness that is sure to start your morning off right.
Half Baked Goods isn't just a business for Sam - it's a passion project, a creative outlet, and her way of spreading joy, one deliciously hand-rolled bagel at a time.
